A Poem

Let it all out in a poem,

Where life stops and nothing happens;

Where endings are our beginnings

And our breaths are our screams.

Let it all out in a poem,

When it is more than words:

An era of sadness,

Or a wave of hours

All put into one poem,

Few seconds, or minutes.

Let it all out in a poem:

Where you exist

And When you exist

And nothing else matters:

But the cry, the whisper, the sigh, the laughter

And you.

And me.

And the shared beginnings and eventual

Departure. Detachment.
